Personal Assistant to Managing Director


  • Acting as the point of contact between Managing Director and internal/external clients;

  • Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines;

  • Arranging travel, visas, transport and accommodation and expense reports;

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

  • Meeting and greeting visitors;

  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;

  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, drafting communications and often corresponding on behalf of Managing Director;

  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;

  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;

  • Organizing and attending meetings, taking notes or dictation at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations;

  • Planning and organizing events;

  • Managing small projects.


  • Higher education;

  • Working experience in administrative filed will be beneficial;

  • Good communication, organizational and time management skills;

  • English: upper-intermediate level or higher;

  • PC advanced user MS Office (Excel, Power Point);

  • Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, honesty and reliability, attention to details;

  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
